All activities undertaken within our premises, including use of the golf simulator, are done at your own risk. Bute Golf, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss sustained while on the premises or while using any equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, physical exertion, or interactions with other customers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in simulator activities. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before engaging in physical activity.
Bute Golf is not responsible for any damage to personal property brought into the facility. We recommend securing valuables and personal items appropriately.
All users must follow safety instructions and facility rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund and may lead to liability for any damages caused.

Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Bute Golf . These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our golf simulator services, facilities, and website. By booking a session, visiting our premises, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Booking and Payment
All simulator sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of payment.

Use of Facilities
Customers are expected to arrive on time for there session and not any earlier due to possibility of back to back appointments. Only individuals included in the booking are permitted in the simulator area unless prior approval is given failure to follow this could result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Food and drink are allowed only in designated areas, and all users must wear clean, non-marking footwear to protect the simulator flooring.

Safety and Conduct
Misuse of equipment or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or improper use.

Liability
Bute Golf is not liable for any injuries sustained while using the simulator or other facilities. Participation is at your own risk, and we recommend consulting a physician before engaging in physical activity, especially if you have any health concerns.

Age Restrictions
Users under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some simulator features may be restricted based on age or skill level to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Privacy
We collect and store personal data solely for booking and communication purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent. For safety and security, CCTV is in operation throughout the premises.

Refunds and Rescheduling
Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure or cancellation by Bute Golf. Customers may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
