At Bute Golf, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or rescheduling may be offered.

Booking Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that emergencies happen—please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

No-Shows
If a customer fails to attend their booking without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Technical Issues
If a session is interrupted or cannot proceed due to technical faults or equipment failure on our part, customers will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled session at no additional cost

Customer Satisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review your feedback and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Payment Disputes
All payment disputes must be submitted in writing to Bute Golf within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
